IDB Plumbing Solutions started the way most good trade companies do: one licensed plumber, one stocked truck, and a stubborn belief that customers deserve better than vague pricing and no-show appointment windows. The first office was Federal Way. It's still our headquarters, and the standards set in those early years still govern every job we run.

Growth came from referrals, not billboards. Homeowners told their neighbors. Contractors called back for the next project. When enough of those calls started coming from Clark County, we began serving Vancouver. When Eastern Washington followed, we added Greater Spokane. Today, our Federal Way headquarters puts IDB crews within reach of nearly every community in the state — with local dispatch, local knowledge, and a single company standard behind all of it.

We stayed a Washington company on purpose. This state's housing stock, water, weather, and codes are what our plumbers know deep in their hands. We'd rather be the best in one state than average in five.
